WORKING SMARTER WITH GENAI BY VLERICK BUSINESS SCHOOL.
This interactive workshop introduces business managers to the practical use of GenAI as tools to enhance their own competences and productivity.
Through short demos, hands-on exercises, and guided reflection, participants will discover how to use GenAI for powerful everyday applications – from instantly turning dense reports into sharp insights, to drafting client-ready content in minutes, to sparking creative ideas for new products or strategies, and even running “what-if” decision scenarios that help managers see around corners. The session also highlights the key GenAI skills managers need – from effective prompting to critical evaluation and responsible use – and shows how these can augment, rather than replace, their expertise.
