UKRAINE: THREE YEARS OF CONFLICT
Join us for a compelling evening of conversation and analysis as we explore the complexities and human impact of the ongoing conflict in Ukraine. Hosted by Lisbeth Imbo, this event promises insightful perspectives and thought-provoking dialogue.
Lisbeth will be joined by two esteemed guests for a sofa discussion:
- Joanie De Rijke, an investigative journalist with first-hand experience reporting from conflict zones, who brings a deep understanding of the human stories behind the headlines.
- Bruno Beeckman, a seasoned international correspondent, offering expert insights into the geopolitical dynamics at play and the broader implications for Europe and the world.
- Jasper Christiaens is a Belgian director with a deep passion for human stories, who traveled to Ukraine in 2023 to document the harrowing experiences of war victims, a journey that led to the creation of a powerful book on Azovstal.
Together, they will delve into the challenges, consequences, and possible paths forward after three years of conflict. This is a unique opportunity to gain a nuanced understanding of one of the most pressing issues of our time.
