Wintercircus is looking for a creative Content Creator with a passion for video, editing, and storytelling. You’ll be the one behind the lens, capturing the energy, creativity, and everyday magic of our community and turning it into fresh, engaging content that resonates across platforms.

What you'll do

  • Capture the vibe: document everything that brings Wintercircus to life — from the startups shaping the future, to keynotes and masterclasses at the Collective, to public events and the behind-the-scenes moments that make this place unique.

  • Create stunning video content: shoot, edit, and produce videos for social media, our website, and campaigns ranging from snappy reels to longer stories.

  • Bring ideas to life: work with the creative studio to brainstorm and develop original content concepts that show what Wintercircus feels like: the ideas, the people, the energy, the building.

  • Edit with flair: turn raw footage into polished stories with strong visuals, sound, and pacing.

  • Engage audiences: adapt your content to fit different platforms and formats, making sure every piece feels authentic and on-brand.

  • Stay ahead of trends: spot new formats, editing styles, and social shifts. Be interested in the use of AI to keep our content fresh and future-ready.

What you bring

  • Video wizardry: strong skills in filming and video editing (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar).

  • Creative eye: you know how to frame, light, and cut content so it doesn’t just inform, it inspires.

  • Digital native: you’re confident in creating for Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms.

  • Storytelling instinct: you see stories everywhere and know how to turn everyday moments into engaging content.

  • Agile and proactive: you love running around with your camera, capturing what’s happening, and turning it into content on the spot.

  • Detail-driven: quality and consistency are second nature to you.

  • Bilingual: fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.

Nice to have

  • A strong voice: able to narrate and curate content, adding personality and storytelling flair to videos.

  • Audio skills: experience with sound design, voiceovers, or capturing and producing podcasts is a valuable plus.

  • Photography skills: capturing still moments as well as video is a plus.

  • Motion graphics or animation experience: to elevate content with extra creative touches.
