This is an evening for the builders who didn't stop at borders. No panels on how to go global, but crisp spotlight stories and open Q&A by 4 inspirational female entrepreneurs that are already doing it. Every Collective member is welcome to join.

Veerle Timmermans — CEO of Securex since 2024, driving the group's strategic growth after leading major transformation and digitalization programs at KBC.

Axelle Moortgat — Co-Founder & CEO of NOX Energy, who took her smart-energy startup from founding to a New York accelerator in two months and raised $1M before pivoting back to scale across Europe.

Co-founded Spotable to fix one of construction's most stubborn problems: slow, inaccurate quoting. Their AI helps roofers and scaffolders across markets quote faster and win more work. Scaled from 3 founders to 30 people in under two years, raised €1.25M, and flew to Washington to pitch to American senators.

Hilde Sevens

Hilde Sevens, CEO of hsbcad. Spent 11 years working in the United States before stepping in as CEO of hsbcad — a Ghent-based software company that has been digitising timber construction since 1988. Today hsbcad runs 8 offices across Europe, North America, Asia and South America, serving over 500 companies worldwide. She leads a global team of 80+ through a new growth phase, backed by a majority investment from German tech investor Maguar Capital.

Veerle Timmermans

Veerle Timmermans is CEO of Securex and an experienced business leader with a strong track record in transformation, digital innovation, and organizational development. Since 2024, she has been leading Securex and helping shape the group's strategic growth. Before joining Securex, she held various executive positions at KBC, where she led large-scale change and digitalization programs. In addition to her role as CEO, she serves as a board member at Securex International and as a board member at Argenta. Veerle is known for her people-centered leadership style and her ability to connect strategy, people, and results.

Axelle Moortgat

Axelle Moortgat, Co-Founder & CEO of Nox Energy
Computer science engineer who co-founded NOX Energy — a Belgian startup building software that connects smart home devices like heat pumps and batteries directly to energy markets. Two months after founding, she and her team were already in New York, selected for the Entrepreneurs Roundtable Accelerator and closing their first US investor. Raised $1M in December 2024 and scaling fast. After 6 months, Nox pivoted from NY to Europe, has a lot of learnings and is very eager to share these!
