In this session, Madeline Lawrence (CBO at Aikido Security) lifts the curtain on how Aikido went from 0 to €10M ARR in under 10 months, without ever taking themselves too seriously.
From launching a wildly viral April Fools’ rebrand to “OnlyScans,” to pitching their vision to President Macron at VivaTech (yes, really), Aikido has shown how you can build a serious business while having serious fun.
Madeline shares how their small team nailed early positioning, built a lovable brand, and created marketing engines that scale; all while staying true to their tone, values, and weird sense of humor.
