Crafting a Focused Growth Strategy for Success
In this workshop we will provide insights on how to develop a focused growth strategy for your scale-up.
Leveraging a growth strategy framework developed by Newion, a pan-European early-stage venture capital firm (early investor in Collibra!), we will challenge your team to craft a growth strategy that can be explained on a one-pager.
This workshop will be hosted by Prof. Miguel Meuleman (Vlerick Business School) and one of the investment partners of Newion.
The approach will be hands-on, with a ton of illustrations, and focus on a helicopter overview/grasping the bigger picture/the story and rationale behind numbers,
rather than zooming into all technical details and exact calculations.
TIMING
- Welcome at Wintercircus as of 7.00PM (entrance Miriam Makebaplein 2, next to De Krook)
- Registration & taking seats as of 7.15PM in our auditorium +1
- Keynote begins at 7.30PM sharp (!) till 9.00PM
